TapSnap is a flushing monitor sensor used to verify a water outlet has been flushed within a specific time. It provides a visual reminder to flush outlets, removing bacteria that may be growing in stagnant water. Within healthcare facilities, TapSnap monitors help reduce the risk of waterborne infection and supports CMS-mandated Legionella water management programs.
The patent-pending design utilizes vibration sensing technology and LED lights as visual indicators that flushing of the outlet is required. It’s all packaged into a small enclosure that attaches directly to showers, eyewash stations, and faucets for easy installation, removal or repositioning. It easily snaps on standard round diameter water outlets (0.68" - 0.88"). The flushing monitor alerts staff when to flush an outlet and for how long through the use of its red/green LEDs. Stagnation times can be set to 1-week or 1-month.

Returns
You have thirty (30) days from the purchase date to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return an item. The costs of shipping are non-refundable.
